What about product after-sales service?

1、Our products come with a 12 – month warranty, commencing from the date of successful delivery and inspection acceptance. Should any quality issues arise during normal use within this warranty period, we’ll undertake free repair or parts replacement.Nevertheless, the warranty does not cover the following scenarios: damage due to user misuse, self – modification, force majeure events, etc.

Can you design the machine according to our requirements?

Yes, we can customize products according to customers’ requirements.

How do you ensure that the product is of good quality?

We guarantee quality via strict production processes and industry – recognized standards. We source high – quality raw materials and components , and our dedicated quality inspection dept. conducts incoming material checks.

During production, technicians monitor each step, and in – process inspections are carried out. After that, products go through final Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) inspections in our lab. This lab can also do small – scale drug trials for customers. Only top – notch products are shipped.
