How the JHZ-C High Shear Mixer Works
The granulation process is highly controlled and automated:
Dry Mixing: The raw powder is fully fluidized and stirred by the bottom mixing impeller (agitator) inside the cone-shaped container.
Binder Addition: The adhesive or paste is sprayed evenly into the vessel under pressure, turning the powder into a wet, soft material.
Wet Granulation: The side-mounted, high-speed chopper knife rapidly cuts the wet material into uniform, dense wet granules, perfectly preparing them for the next drying stage (such as in a Fluid Bed Dryer).
