How the JFG-C Fluid Bed Dryer Works
The drying process is highly controlled and completely enclosed:
Wet materials are loaded into the hopper. Purified hot air, driven by negative pressure, enters the drying chamber from the bottom distribution plate. This powerful airflow suspends the material in a continuous “boiling” (fluidized) state. As the hot air intimately contacts the particles, moisture is rapidly evaporated and exhausted, leaving behind ideal, uniform, and multi-porous dry granules ready for the next process.
