Working Principle
The Centrifugal Tumbling & Layering Process
The magic of the JZB-B lies in its unique rotor dynamics:
Tumbling & Fluidization: Powder or seed cores are placed on the spinning centrifugal turntable. The combination of centrifugal force, friction, and a controlled slit-airflow creates a highly efficient “spiral-rope” tumbling motion.
Layer-by-Layer Growth (Spheronization): As the particles tumble, the spray gun atomizes the liquid binder while the feeder synchronously supplies fine powder. The powder adheres to the wet surface of the tumbling cores, building up the pellet diameter layer by layer in a highly spherical shape.
Simultaneous Drying & Coating: Hot air is continuously blown through the annular gap, drying the pellets as they form. Finally, atomized coating liquids can be applied to the same tumbling bed to create a solid, smooth, and controlled-release film.
