Working Principle
How the Interchangeable Pan Coater Works
Inside the enclosed, clean rotating drum, tablet cores undergo a continuous and complex tumbling motion guided by spiral mixing baffles. Based on programmed recipes, the spray system atomizes the coating medium evenly over the tablet bed. Simultaneously, negative pressure draws clean hot air through the tablet bed from the bottom of the drum. This rapid thermodynamic exchange quickly dries the coating liquid on the surface of the tablets, forming a solid, dense, and flawless film.
