On December 28, the leadership team of the lean production improvement project of Jianpai Technology and the middle-level cadres of Jianpai Technology held a phased summary meeting of the 2023 lean production improvement project in the conference room of the production department. The chairman of Jianpai Technology, the Zhejiang Zuxiang Enterprise Management Consulting Team, and the Wenzhou SEG Education Team attended the meeting. Lean production was originally a management philosophy derived from the Toyota production method.
Jianpai Technology agrees with its lean concepts such as “everything is customer-oriented”, “eliminating unnecessary waste and improving production efficiency”. In combination with the company’s own development status, it absorbs its “lean concept” according to local conditions, and integrates “continuous improvement” into the company’s management and operations in recent years, in order to better serve customers and enhance the company’s market competitiveness.
The meeting is mainly divided into three parts: review of lean production improvement projects, commendation of outstanding project employees, and summary of company leaders. The project team summarized the achievements made in lean improvement this year, also pointed out the shortcomings, and made prospects and plans for the continued implementation of lean improvement in the coming year. This year, Jianpai Technology mainly focused on several key tasks such as “Production Plan Management”, “Equipment Process Improvement and Key Process Improvement”, “No. 2 New Warehouse Standard Management”, “Continuous Deepening of 5S Management and Implementation of Three-level Education”, and “Quality Improvement” to improve and build.
In the lean production improvement project process report, the project team reviewed the completion of indicators, achievements and deficiencies of each sub-task in the project. Among them, “Production Plan Management Improvement” is the primary focus of Jianpai’s lean improvement project this year: the company has established a four-level planning management specification and introduced the planning management system into production management. In “Equipment Process Improvement and Key Process Improvement”, the process improvement of major product models has been completed.
In the “Quality Improvement” task, “Collecting and Closing Abnormal Problems on the Site” is a daily routine work, and the “corrective measures” and “preventive measures” of after-sales problems are emphasized. In “5S Deepening Management and Implementation of Three-level Education”, 5S management is used as a part of continuous and daily management to form a working habit. Integrate on-site safety management and safety awareness promotion into employees’ daily work.

2023 is the first year that Jianpai Technology’s new Haijing District factory will be put into production. It is also a key year for Jianpai Technology to reduce costs, increase efficiency and enhance its core competitiveness. Based on the work in 2023, “customer demand-oriented” lean improvement will also be the focus of Jianpai Technology’s business management in 2024.
