Features:

Main barrel: The cylinder and cone are tangent to each other, which helps the material to tumble. The geometric angles of the stirring paddle and pelletizer are reasonably designed to ensure the best effect of mixed granulation.
The pelletizer is installed at an inclined angle to the straight barrel wall, which can effectively increase the pelletizing range of the pelletizer and the material and improve the uniformity of the particles. At the same time, due to the inclined installation of the pelletizer, the material can be prevented from splashing onto the barrel cover, overcoming the disadvantage that wet particles will adhere to the barrel cover during traditional pelletizing.
The efficiency of each batch of granulation is 4-5 times higher than that of the traditional process.
The whole process completes dry mixing and wet mixing granulation in the same closed container. Compared with the traditional process, it reduces 25% of adhesives and shortens the drying time.

Working principle:

controlled by a microcomputer, operated by a touch screen, and can store multiple sets of process data. The pelletizer is variable frequency speed controlled, and its speed can be adjusted arbitrarily to meet the granulation requirements of different varieties.
Operation control system: The powder is fully stirred by the bottom agitator in the cone-shaped container, and the adhesive (or paste) is sprayed by pressure to mix the materials into a wet crushed soft material, and then cut into uniform wet granules by the side high-speed granulation knife to meet the requirements of various granules.

JHZ-C series wet granulator (also known as: wet mixing granulator) is a special equipment for wet mixing and granulation of drug powder, starch, adhesive and paste in the production of food, pharmaceutical and chemical industry preparations. It is also suitable for mixing and granulating powdered materials. The contact parts of the equipment and the material and the outer surface are all made of high-quality 304 stainless steel. It meets the “GMP” requirements of the pharmaceutical industry.
