Working Principle
How Fluid Bed Granulation & Coating Works
The JLB Series transforms random powder fluidization into a highly regulated, cyclical flow.
Driven by a powerful, purified bottom-up airflow and gravitational forces, the materials inside the chamber form a continuous circulating loop—rising through the center and falling along the outer ring. Simultaneously, the binder or coating liquid is atomized and sprayed in the same direction as the airflow (co-current). This precise thermodynamic environment instantly dries the droplets upon contact, building a dense, flawless coating film or granulate structure layer by layer.
