The JLB Series Fluid Bed Granulator & Coating Machine is an advanced, multi-functional micro-particle processing system developed by Jianpai Tech. Featuring highly interchangeable process inserts, it seamlessly performs Top Spray (Granulation), Bottom Spray (Wurster Coating), and Tangential Spray (Pelleting) within a single machine.

Working Principle

How Fluid Bed Granulation & Coating Works
The JLB Series transforms random powder fluidization into a highly regulated, cyclical flow.
Driven by a powerful, purified bottom-up airflow and gravitational forces, the materials inside the chamber form a continuous circulating loop—rising through the center and falling along the outer ring. Simultaneously, the binder or coating liquid is atomized and sprayed in the same direction as the airflow (co-current). This precise thermodynamic environment instantly dries the droplets upon contact, building a dense, flawless coating film or granulate structure layer by layer.

Application:

This equipment is suitable for multi-variety granulation, pellet coating, granulation of large particles, dense particles, porous instant granules, multi-component sustained-release controlled-release coating, spray drying and drying of powdered, granular, and agglomerated materials in the pharmaceutical and food industries.
