Working principle:

Powder or masterbatch is added to the centrifugal turntable in the machine, and a spiral rope-like motion is formed under the action of centrifugal force and friction. At the same time, the adhesive is sprayed on the material after being atomized by the spray gun, thereby condensing into tiny particles (masterbatch). The atomized adhesive sprayed in accordance with regulations and the powder added by the powder feeder are evenly attached to the surface of the particles in the spiral motion, wrapping them layer by layer. At the same time, hot air is continuously blown into the annular gap between the turntable and the outer cylinder to fluidize and dry the pellets. This operation is repeated to gradually increase the diameter of the pellets, forming spherical pellets with extremely high true sphericity (granulation). The surface of the pellets evenly receives the atomized coating liquid in the spiral motion, and hot air is blown in at the same time, so that a solid, fine, smooth and smooth clothing film (coating) is formed on the surface of the pellets.
