1. The lubricating oil in the reduction box and the grease in the inner cavity of the rolling bearing should be replaced regularly.
2. If the coating pot is not used for a long time, it should be cleaned and oiled on its surface to prevent the copper material of the pot from oxidizing or producing toxic copper compounds after being damp.
3. To ensure the lubrication conditions of the worm gear transmission in the reduction box, the temperature rise of the box during operation shall not exceed 50?C.
4. The oil-proof sealing ring at the end of the worm shaft should be checked and replaced regularly (generally not more than six months).
5. The machine must be reliably grounded.
6. The electrical appliances and belt protective covers shall not be removed at will.
7. Each time liquid is added or powder is removed, it should be evenly distributed; each time liquid is added and evenly distributed, it should be fully dried before adding solution again. The viscosity of the solution should not be too large, otherwise it will not be easy to distribute evenly.
8. After the machine discharges the material, if no coating is performed, the machine and pipeline should be cleaned.
9. When the machine is in operation, it is strictly forbidden to block the air vent and spray gun with your hands or other things to avoid damaging the blower and spray gun.
10. The finished product after coating must be dried at low temperature (preferably air-dried) and turned over continuously; avoid exposure to the sun and high temperature baking, otherwise it is easy to cause the pills to be oily and discolored.
11. When the spray gun system is not in use, all parts should be dismantled and stored. The spray gun should be stored separately from other parts. Before storage, add boiling water to the liquid cup, open the valve, and clean the inside of the spray gun.
