Features:
This equipment is specially designed for pellets. It is composed of a small hole plate, a plate changer and a vacant guide plate structure.
The hot air and exhaust devices are designed in the same direction. The hot air supply directly sprays and dries the surface of the pellets and forms a reflux inside the tablet bed with the exhaust air, reducing the temperature difference of the tablet bed and making the pellets dry quickly.
It can coat both pellets and large tablets, and can coat micro-pellets with a minimum diameter of 0.6. It fills the “gap” of micro-pellet coating by high-efficiency coating machines.
Compared with similar products, this equipment has low requirements for the hardness of the plain pills, short coating time and large capacity. The surface coating quality is high, and the coating medium and energy costs are saved. The coating process is simple and easy to operate.
Working principle:
Pellets (pills, micro-pills, granules, etc.) move in a complex trajectory under the action of the spiral guide plate in the fully enclosed and clean running drum. The PLC microcomputer controls the processing program and automatically sprays the coating medium evenly on the surface of the pellets through the spray gun according to the set process parameters. At the same time, under negative pressure, hot air enters from the upper side of the drum (above the material bed, see the schematic diagram for details) through wind pressure, and is discharged at the bottom of the drum through the suction device, so that the surface film of the pellets can be dried quickly and evenly. Thus, a layer of solid, dense, smooth and flat surface coating film is formed.
