Working principle:

Tablets (pills, pellets, small pellets, etc.) move in complex trajectories under the action of spiral guide plates in a clean and closed rotating drum. Controlled by PLC, coating excipients are automatically sprayed according to the set process parameters. At the same time, under negative pressure, hot air is introduced from one side of the central air duct of the drum. Clean hot air passes through the plain sheet layer and is collected and discharged from the other side of the gas distribution pipe through the duckbill-shaped wind slurry area with dense holes in the plain sheet, so that the medium sprayed on the surface of the plain sheet can be dried quickly and evenly, thereby forming a hard, dense, flat and smooth coating film or sugar coating layer on the surface of the plain sheet.
