Features:

The main drum adopts a double cone structure of microporous plate, with a smooth interior and no dead angle.
The diversion effect of the double cone angle of the drum and the special guide plate causes the material to produce dislocation and cross movement during operation, thereby obtaining a fast and uniform optimal dynamic drying effect.
Adopts PLC programmable system control, touch screen operation (human-machine interface), dynamic display; high degree of automation, easy operation, and long service life.
The supply and exhaust doors are automatically controlled by butterfly valves, which is conducive to the balanced change of air volume, air pressure and temperature, and improves the drying effect.
The hot air enters from the upper part of the main machine and quickly penetrates into the material bed and diffuses. At the same time, the exhaust port is at the bottom of the drum, and the humid air and cold air in the space are discharged out of the machine through negative pressure. Make full use of heat energy without waste; it also greatly improves the drying speed of the material.
Process data, supply and exhaust air volume, temperature, time and other change curves are automatically recorded and printed immediately.
The temperature adjustment of the electric heater is automatically controlled by the microcomputer in segmented PID mode, which greatly improves the utilization rate of electric energy.
The configuration of variable frequency speed regulation is conducive to the adjustment of production process and the needs of feeding, discharging, cleaning and other operations.
The main machine box adopts a double-layer heat insulation structure to improve the integrity of equipment protection.
The surface of the equipment and all parts in contact with the material are made of high-quality stainless steel.
It is equipped with two covered material-carrying trolleys, which directly enter the main machine to carry materials, avoiding cross infection and easy to use.
It adopts hinged double-opening doors with high strength, easy operation and cleaning. Under the action of the special guide plate, all materials can be automatically unloaded.

Working principle:

The dried material is continuously and complexly rolled at a slow speed (i.e. dynamic drying) under the action of the fully enclosed double-conical drum inner diameter guide plate. At the same time, the heated clean air is input into the drum, so that it penetrates into the gap of the material bed and diffuses, and then the humid gas and cold air are exhausted through the negative pressure of the optimal discharge position at the bottom of the drum. The whole process is completed within the program set by the microcomputer: it can not only achieve the purpose of drying, but also play a role in high-temperature sterilization, so that the material can obtain the best drying effect of fast, uniform and non-discoloration.
