Working principle:

When the material enters the inner chamber of the machine, under the high-speed operation of the crushing knife, the material forms a vortex fluid, generates a strong centrifugal force, and diffuses to the screen bucket hole surface. At the same time, high-speed gap shearing, extrusion and material self-insertion between the crushing knife and the screen bucket make the material smaller. At the same time, under the action of centrifugal force, particles with the same size as the hole are discharged from the mesh. According to different mesh requirements, a variety of different screens are equipped to achieve the best particle requirements. ”
