Features:

The machine has a gantry base with casters, which is easy to move. The height of the granulator is designed and used according to the production process requirements, which optimizes the production process. It fully meets the GMP requirements for pharmaceutical production.

Working principle:

By moving the gantry, the feed port of the granulator is docked with the discharge port of the NTF series fixed lifting transfer machine. After the docking is completed, the machine is turned on, and the particles flow from the hopper of the transfer machine to the cavity of the granulator. The granulating knife in the cavity makes the particles pass through the sieve holes after impact, extrusion and shearing, and then flow into the hopper through the discharge port of the guide tube.

Application:

This machine is mainly used in the pharmaceutical industry to granulate the particles that are agglomerated after granulation, and granulate them into uniform qualified particles according to the process requirements.
