The gyrator (mixing hopper) is at an angle of 30° with the rotation axis. The material in the mixing hopper flips with the gyrator and moves tangentially along the hopper wall at the same time, producing strong flipping and high-speed tangential movement, thereby achieving the best mixing effect. It adopts PLC full-automatic control, and is equipped with infrared safety devices and discharging butterfly valves with anti-misoperation devices to ensure production safety. Materials can pass through different process sections in the same container, and there is no need for frequent material transfer, feeding and other procedures. It effectively controls dust cross-contamination, reduces material loss, controls material stratification, optimizes the production process, and fully meets the GMP requirements for pharmaceutical production.
Working principle:
The machine consists of columns, machine bases, slewing fork frames, drive, brake, control system and other components. Push the mixing hopper into the slewing fork frame and lock the nut, start the control system, lift the hopper to the mixing height and reliably position it. The drive system automatically mixes according to the set time, speed and other data. When the mixing operation is completed, the rotary fork frame stops vertically, the hopper automatically drops to the ground, the whole machine stops, and the process data is printed. Loosen the locking nut of the rotary fork frame, push the hopper out and transfer to the next process.
