Features:

The rotating body (mixing hopper) forms an angle of 30° with the rotating axis. The material in the mixing hopper flips with the rotating body and moves tangentially along the hopper wall at the same time, producing strong flipping and tangential movement, thereby achieving the best mixing effect. PLC control is adopted, and a discharge butterfly valve to prevent misoperation is set to ensure production safety. Materials can pass through different process sections in the same container, and there is no need for frequent material transfer, material addition and other procedures. Working principle:

The machine consists of a base, a drive system, a control system, a mixing hopper and other components. When working, after adding the material to the hopper, lock the hopper cover, set the mixing time and mixing speed according to the process requirements, start the control system, and start the mixing work. After the set time, the whole machine stops vertically and the mixing ends.
