Working principle:
The double reflux mixer is used to mix a variety of materials. First, feed from the feed port at one end, stir and spirally push through the stirring paddle on the inclined cone, and mix while feeding. Secondly, the material rolls with the drum, and the spiral ribbons on the outer and inner drums in the drum cavity are used to push and roll locally, producing axial and radial shear mixing effects. At the same time, the spiral ribbon on the inner drum continuously pushes the material to the discharge port at the other end, and the spiral ribbon on the outer drum continuously pushes the material to the feed port, and the two opposite spiral ribbons push the material to form a large cycle mixing. The holes on the inner drum make the material constantly go back and forth between the inner and outer drums, forming small cycles, and produce radial shear mixing and axial spiral motion mixing. Finally, the material produces multi-dimensional movement, repeated shearing and infiltration in the barrel, and completes the rapid and uniform mixing of the material in a short time. Finally, the material is discharged by reversing, which is used for single batch material mixing. The double reflux mixer can also be used for continuous material mixing. First, a sufficient amount of material is input into the barrel for full mixing, and then the material is gradually fed in a certain proportion, so that the part of the material that has just entered is mixed with the large volume of material in the barrel. As the volume of the material in the barrel gradually increases, the material will eventually overflow from the discharge port to achieve continuous discharge.
