Features:

This pulverizer is widely used in Chinese and Western medicine, food, chemical industry and other industries. It is suitable for crushing dry and brittle chemical materials, Chinese medicinal materials and crystals and other block materials. Working principle:

During the crushing transmission, the motor is directly connected to the main shaft, and the double-cut multi-stage blade disc and the two-way fixed tooth disc and fixed gear ring produce relative and tangential high-speed motion. After the material enters the cavity, it diffuses outward through the center of the double-cut multi-stage blade disc, producing impact, friction, shear, collision and airflow grinding effects, so that it can be ground. And under the negative pressure of the centrifugal fan, a large amount of air is inhaled into the machine cavity, and the equipment has the functions of cooling, grinding and conveying materials. In addition, when the material is diverted through the inner cavity of the sheet screen, the fine powder after screening is automatically transported to the closed storage tank for storage, and the coarse powder flows back to the cavity for secondary treatment and re-diversion, so as to achieve the best effect of material crushing. The machine is made entirely of high-quality 304 or 316L stainless steel.
