Features:

The tablet core moves continuously in a complex trajectory in a fully enclosed and clean screen drum. According to the parameters and requirements of the set process flow, the coating medium is automatically sprayed evenly onto the surface of the tablet core through a spray gun through microcomputer control (the sugar coating medium can be sprayed by dripping process). At the same time, the drum is under a sealed negative pressure state, and clean hot air is supplied through the hot air cabinet to penetrate the tablet bed, and is discharged through the screen holes at the bottom of the drum by the suction device. The tablet core film is dried quickly and evenly to form a solid and smooth surface coating.
