Working principle:
The equipment consists of a main machine and an auxiliary machine, and has six systems including a cold and hot air supply system, an air purification and treatment system, a slurry treatment system, a feeding and discharging system, an automatic control system, and an air duct. When working, the material is added to the hopper, and the purified hot air (negative pressure) enters the granulation chamber from the bottom, making the material in a boiling state. At the same time, the slurry is processed by the spray system and sprayed on the fluidized material to make it adhere and aggregate into particles. The moisture of the particles is evaporated and removed under the hot air carried by the airflow, forming ideal, uniform, multi-porous dry particles.
