Operating in a fully enclosed and clean perforated drum, the tablet cores undergo a complex, continuous continuous trajectory movement.
Controlled by an advanced PLC system, the coating medium is automatically and evenly atomized onto the tablet bed via spray guns. Simultaneously, the drum operates under a sealed negative pressure state. Clean hot air is directed through the tablet bed and efficiently exhausted from the bottom perforations.
