I. Crushing needs and pain points in the chemical powder industry

In the production of chemical powders, the crushing process of solid materials has extremely high requirements for particle size uniformity, dust control and equipment corrosion resistance. For example, powder raw materials such as calcium carbonate and titanium dioxide need to be crushed to more than 100 meshes to meet the subsequent granulation, modification and other process requirements. Traditional pulverizers (such as jaw crushers and ball mills) often have low crushing efficiency, wide particle size distribution, and serious dust leakage, resulting in low production efficiency, material waste and workshop environmental pollution. Especially when handling high-hardness or sticky materials, equipment wear and cleaning difficulties are significantly increased.

II. Technical adaptability and advantages of JGF-300 high-efficiency pulverizer

1. Four-stage pulverization structure and precise particle size control
– The equipment adopts the principle of high-speed relative motion between the movable toothed disc and the fixed toothed disc (spindle speed 3800rpm), and realizes four-stage pulverization through the comprehensive effects of impact, shearing, collision and material extrusion. The pulverization mesh can reach 100 meshes, and the error of particle size distribution uniformity is ≤5%. Taking titanium dioxide pulverization as an example, after replacing the screens with different apertures, the D50 particle size of the powder can be accurately controlled within the range of 10~20μm, meeting the dispersion requirements of downstream industries such as coatings and plastics.
– The pulverization chamber is made of integral stainless steel, with mirror polishing inside and outside to avoid metal contamination caused by contact between materials and equipment. It is suitable for the pulverization of pharmaceutical-grade chemical raw materials (such as lithium carbonate) to ensure product purity.

2. Fully enclosed dust-free design solves dust pollution
– The frame adopts mirror-polished all-stainless steel square tubes, with a fully enclosed structure on all sides, and a movable door at the discharge port, in conjunction with the internal negative pressure design. When handling dusty materials such as calcium carbonate, there is no need to configure an additional dust removal system, which not only reduces equipment investment costs but also avoids the risk of dust explosion.
– During the crushing process, the material is directly discharged from the grinding chamber through the screen, leaving no dead corners. When cleaning, the movable parts can be disassembled for quick cleaning, meeting the hygiene requirements of multi-variety production change in the chemical industry.

3. High efficiency, energy saving and low maintenance cost
– Driven by a 5.5Kw motor, the equipment has a crushing capacity of 200kg/h, which is 30% more efficient and 25% less energy-consuming than traditional crushers of the same power.
– The structure of the whole machine is simple and sturdy, and the movable toothed disc is made of wear-resistant stainless steel. Under normal working conditions, the service life is ≥5000 hours, and the maintenance cycle is extended to 6 months/time, which reduces the downtime maintenance time by 3 times/year compared with traditional equipment, improving production continuity.

III. Typical chemical powder application scenarios and case effects

1. Calcium carbonate powder large-scale crushing
– Application process: Calcium carbonate raw stone with a particle size of ≤12mm is fed from the feed port, crushed at high speed by the movable toothed disc (φ300mm), and discharged through a 100-mesh screen, with a single processing capacity of 200kg/h. The application data of a plastic filler masterbatch production enterprise shows that the D90 particle size of calcium carbonate after crushing is ≤150μm, and the particle size deviation between batches is <3%. When used for PE plastic filling, the mechanical properties of the product fluctuate by ≤2%, which is 50% higher than the production capacity of the traditional ball milling process.
– Advantages: The fully enclosed structure prevents the spillage of calcium carbonate dust, and the dust concentration in the workshop is reduced from 15mg/m³ before the transformation to below 0.5mg/m³, which meets the occupational health standards. At the same time, the material utilization rate is increased from 85% to 98%, greatly saving the cost of raw materials.
