1. Double-cut high-speed pulverizer unit
The material is conveyed to the hopper of the pulverizer through a vacuum feeder, and the material is effectively pulverized by the interaction of the high-speed rotating teeth. The material is separated by the action of the airflow and the plate-type vibrating filter screen. The large particles are automatically returned to the pulverizing bin for secondary pulverization, and the fine particles are then passed through the unit with a dust removal and filtration system made of stainless steel to achieve overall dust-free operation with high efficiency.
2. Wet granulation drying unit
After the powder particles are crushed and qualified, they are fed into the granulator barrel of the unit through the vacuum feeding system through the closed pipeline for mixing and granulation. After granulation, the particles automatically enter the boiling dryer (under the negative pressure of the centrifugal fan of the dryer, the particles enter the silo of the dryer for rapid boiling drying) to improve the dryness and uniformity of the particles.
3. Granulation mixing unit
The equipment is mainly composed of a direct granulator, a vacuum suction machine and a three-eccentric mixer. The granulator and the mixer are automatically connected to the feed port. After drying, the particles directly enter the granulator through the vacuum feeding system, and then enter the mixing barrel for mixing, so that all the particles are carried out under closed operation. The mixing effect meets the requirements of the pharmaceutical process and effectively improves the uniformity of mixing.
4. Post-process
The mixed particles can enter the tableting, coating, or capsule filling, or capsule canning, and the granule granule packaging process.
