The granulation and mixing linkage line is mainly composed of a double-cut high-efficiency pulverizer unit, a wet granulation drying unit, and a whole-granulation mixing unit. Each unit is connected by a vacuum material conveying system to complete the material transfer in a dust-free state, that is, the whole line is linked and can be used in separate units; it meets the "GMP" requirements of pharmaceutical technology.

The JFL-10 and JFL-30 models are highly compact fluid bed granulators with a production capacity of 5-30 kg/batch . They are specifically engineered for laboratory research, formulation R&D, and small-scale clinical trial batches. These lab-scale units provide precise process data, making scale-up to commercial production seamless and reliable.
