The whole machine adopts PLC full-automatic control and has eight unique features: the material boils 360° and rotates evenly without dead angles; it can automatically close the feeding and discharging; the whole machine adopts thermal insulation structure; the material is not easy to stick to the barrel wall; the material filtering and capturing are advanced, and it is not easy to leak powder; the main machine adopts a split structure, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly; this machine can be directly linked with the upper and lower process equipment, which is convenient to use; the appearance adopts a ladder structure, which is convenient for process operation and maintenance. Working principle:
The equipment consists of a main machine and an auxiliary machine, and has six systems including a cold and hot air supply system, an air purification and treatment system, a slurry treatment system, a feeding and discharging system, an automatic control system, and an air duct. When working, the material is added to the hopper, and the purified hot air (negative pressure) enters the granulation chamber from the bottom, making the material in a boiling state. At the same time, the slurry is processed by the spray system and sprayed on the fluidized material to make it adhere and aggregate into particles. The moisture of the particles is evaporated and removed under the hot air carried by the airflow, forming ideal, uniform, multi-porous dry particles. The entire process operation is carried out in a closed state.
